Booking
Appointments are booked online through Fresha, or by message on WhatsApp (messages only, no calls). The studio is open Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, 10:00, last appointment 19:30, and on selected Sundays. By appointment only.
Arriving
Please arrive a few minutes before your appointment. Treatment times are hands-on time, so allow an extra 10 to 15 minutes for a short consultation and changing, especially on your first visit.
Cancellations and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule. You may reschedule once free of charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment price. Missed appointments are charged at 100%.
Late arrivals
If you arrive late, your treatment may need to be shortened so the next client isn’t kept waiting.
Gift vouchers
Choose a voucher for a set amount or a specific treatment. E-vouchers can be bought online through Fresha. Printed vouchers, beautifully wrapped, can be posted to you or collected at the studio – please message us in advance to arrange. All vouchers are valid for 5 years from the date of purchase.
